Safe Families for Children NYC is committed to creating a world where children are safe and families transformed through radically compassionate communities.

Objective

Scale the active volunteer base and increase service capacity to provide more hands-on services and better visibility within the community.

Approach

We focused on developing engaging materials that inspired volunteers, donors, clients, and partners to become involved in achieving Safe Families for Children NYC’s mission. Research and solicitation were conducted to uncover opportunities for grants and in-kind donation.

Through in-person recruitment and community outreach, we secured over twenty partnerships and radically expanded their volunteer base.
