Zach Lembke brings over 10-years of expertise working with both fundraisers and funders across nonprofit and community organizations. His passion combined with a broad range of experience is what sets him apart as a nonprofit consultant. 

Early in his career, Zach identified that many nonprofit leaders lacked either the expertise or the bandwidth to properly manage the many complex operations of their organizations. These inefficiencies led to missed chances for significant impact.

Zach’s goal is to help organizations navigate these challenges with expertise in streamlining processes for financial management, fundraising, donor relations, and volunteer outreach. His ability to target sustainable revenue streams, implement effective systems for fundraising, and help leaders manage their finances are just some of the ways he partners with clients to drive lasting impact.
