Charlotte Mason Community School focuses on early development of character and integrity for children by providing an environment that nurtures a love for learning and a passion for community involvement.

Objective

Develop a sustainable fundraising strategy to purchase a permanent location for CMCS so they can focus on long-term programs and services for their community.

Approach

To ensure a steady stream of financial support, we successfully directed fundraising campaigns and matching grant solicitations.

We created financial risk policies and investment guidelines for the organization’s endowment to safeguard their long-term financial stability. We also developed board recruitment and giving policies to ensure a robust board of directors and advise board presidents on effective fundraising strategies for future growth.

These efforts resulted in our ability to oversee the purchase of a school building, establishing a permanent home for the organization.
